How it works
1. Send us your piece
WhatsApp clear photos, the condition, what is included, and whether you want to consign or sell. Our quote is the amount you take home.
2. Drop off or pick up
Book a drop-off appointment, or ask for local pickup by our courier for S$20.
3. We authenticate
Every piece is verified before it is listed. Direct sales are authenticated in 24 to 48 hours before payment.
4. Get paid
Consignors are paid within 3 business days after the item sells.
Consignment terms
Minimum consignment period
60 days. Taking an item back early costs 10% of the quoted price.
If an item cannot be verified
The seller collects it, is blacklisted, and pays an admin and authentication fee: S$200 to S$300 for bags, S$100 to S$200 for small leather goods, clothing, accessories and shoes.
Payout
Consignors are paid within 3 business days after the item sells.
