Shipping policy

We deliver within Singapore free of charge, and you can also collect from our showroom by appointment.

1. Delivery in Singapore

Orders below S$800: free delivery by NinjaVan courier, in 2 to 4 working days.
Orders of S$800 and above: free hand delivery by our own driver. We will WhatsApp you to arrange the delivery.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as the courier or our driver may need to contact you.

2. Collection from our showroom

You can collect your order from our showroom at 180 Paya Lebar Road, #02-07F, Yi Guang Building, Singapore 409032. Collection is by appointment: we will WhatsApp you once your order is ready, or you can WhatsApp us to book a time.

3. Overseas delivery

We do not ship overseas through checkout. If you are outside Singapore, please WhatsApp us on +65 9667 2207 before you order for a quote. Overseas delivery is at your cost, including any import duties and taxes charged by your country.

4. Missed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or the address is incorrect, we or the courier will contact you to arrange another time.
