These terms apply when you browse or buy from the D'LuxeTribute online store. The store is run by DLUXETRIBUTE LUXURY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202501669E), 180 Paya Lebar Road, #02-07F, Yi Guang Building, Singapore 409032 ("D'LuxeTribute", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Our pieces

Every piece we sell is pre-owned unless the listing says it is brand new, and every piece is one of a kind. We describe each piece and show its condition in the photos. Please look at every photo and read the full description, including the measurements and what the piece comes with, before you buy. Signs of previous use that are shown or described in the listing are part of the piece you are buying.

Where a listing says a piece comes with an authenticity card, this is the brand's own card.

2. Authenticity

Every piece is inspected and verified by our experienced authenticators before it is listed, and every item we sell is covered by our lifetime authenticity guarantee. If a piece you bought from us is proven not authentic by the brand or by a reputable third-party authenticator, we will refund the full purchase price, as set out in our Refund Policy.

For bags, you can add an optional Entrupy authentication certificate before checkout. The fee for the certificate is shown before you pay.

Brand names, logos and trade marks shown in the store belong to their owners. D'LuxeTribute is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of the brands we sell.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars. The price shown is the price for payment by card. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, WhatsApp us on +65 9667 2207 for the bank transfer price.

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. For PayNow and bank transfer, your order is placed straight away and the piece is held for you while we confirm your payment. If we do not receive your payment, we may cancel the order and release the piece.

If a piece is listed at a clearly wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before the piece is sent.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. Because every piece is one of a kind and we also sell in our showroom and on other channels, a piece can occasionally sell elsewhere at the same time as your order. If that happens, we will tell you straight away and refund you in full.

5. Reserving a piece

You can reserve a piece by paying a deposit of 10% of its price, arranged with us on WhatsApp (+65 9667 2207). The balance is due within 2 weeks. The deposit is not refundable if you decide not to complete the purchase.

6. Viewing and collection

You are welcome to view any piece at our showroom, 180 Paya Lebar Road, #02-07F, Yi Guang Building, Singapore 409032. Viewing is by appointment only: WhatsApp us to book a time.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for the pieces we sell in line with these terms and Singapore law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have, or any liability we have, that cannot be limited under Singapore law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act.

9. Content on this store

The photos, text and design of this store belong to D'LuxeTribute or are used with permission. Please do not copy or use them without our written consent.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown in the store when you place it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect your right to bring a claim in the Small Claims Tribunals.
