Privacy policy

This policy explains how DLUXETRIBUTE LUXURY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202501669E) ("D'LuxeTribute", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our online store, buy from us, contact us or consign a piece with us. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery and billing addresses.
Your orders, reservations and payment status.
Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
If you sell or consign a piece with us: photos and details of the piece, and the details we need to pay you.
How you use our store, such as pages viewed and the device and browser used, collected through cookies (section 6).

Card details are entered on the secure checkout and processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.

2. Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders, and to arrange viewings and collections.
To authenticate pieces, including an Entrupy certificate when you choose one.
To reply to your questions and handle consignments.
To prevent fraud and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
To send you news and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share your personal data only as needed for the purposes above: with Shopify, which runs our online store; with our payment providers; with our delivery partners, such as NinjaVan, and our own driver; with Entrupy when you choose an authentication certificate; with our professional advisers; and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of these providers, including Shopify, store data outside Singapore. Where your data is transferred overseas, we take steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting records. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Cookies

Our store uses cookies to keep your cart working, to remember your preferences and to understand how visitors use the store, for example through Google Analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the store may not work without them.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. We will respond within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to process an order or a consignment.

8. Keeping your data safe

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission where the PDPA requires it.
